What your day looks like

  • 07:45

    Coffee first! Chat with some colleagues and then get to work!

  • 08:00

    You go to the foreman who gives you the work order on a tablet: major maintenance on a truck. You drive the truck inside and notice that one of the headlights is aimed way too high. You note it in your work order.

  • 08:15

    Then you get to work changing the brake discs and pads and adjusting the headlights correctly.

  • 10:00

    Time for a cup of coffee. The canteen is packed and everyone is chatting with each other.

  • 10:15

    You continue working on the truck and perform all the checks.

  • 12:15

    During the friendly lunch, the conversation turns to the next staff party. Most colleagues have been working here for years and they have the best stories about parties from the past. You're very curious!

  • 13:00

    A customer drives up with an error message about the lighting. You can't find the fault right away and ask the workshop foreman if he can take a look. After some troubleshooting, you figure it out together and you're able to fix the fault.

  • 15:00

    Time for another coffee with the team. Warehouse manager Dennis, as usual, has everyone laughing.

  • 17:00

    The maintenance service is finished. You take a test drive and then sign off the work on your tablet. After that, you tidy up your workspace. Another day tomorrow!
